It's been many, many years ago now, but I remember the latter elementary school years ( 5th and 6th grades from 1967- 1969), with Wilfred at Moses Cleveland. I remember the friendly little gang we were back then, which included, some of you reading this may remember them: Thomas Sims, Conrad Stewart, Lloyd Franklin, Wilfred Brooks, and myself, Tony Brown. Back then, as youngsters, we were close nit friends until our home locations separated us between R. Jamison and C. Elliot Jr. high schools. I still vividley remember all those guys. I even actually still have a elementary school picture of Wilfred and Lloyd standing together in Ms Fords classroom, prior to our graduation. What memorable fun times we had back then. To all of the Family, friends, and JFK classmates of Wilfred Brooks, is my utmost and prayerful condolences. May the Spirit of the Living God and our Saviour Jesus Christ, bring you all peace and comfort at this time of bereavement, and forevermore, amen.
